How to get SkyPriority
There’s no way to buy SkyPriority, but here’s how you can obtain it:
- Fly in Business Class or Premium Comfort Class.
- Join our loyalty programme Flying Blue and become a Gold, Platinum, or Flying Blue Ultimate member.
- Become a SkyTeam Elite Plus member.
- Fly on a Flex ticket within Europe in Economy Class. Note, though: this does not apply to passengers in group bookings unless they are Elite Plus members.
SkyPriority advantages
There are perks that you will always have when flying with SkyPriority:
- Dedicated check-in desks.
- Priority baggage drop-off and pick-up.
- Access to the priority boarding lane.
- Faster through security.

SkyPriority provides you with time-saving perks at the airport.
You can’t buy a SkyPriority membership. You get SkyPriority automatically if you:
- Fly in Business Class or Premium Comfort Class;
- Are a Flying Blue Ultimate, Platinum, or Gold member;
- Are a SkyTeam Elite Plus member;
- Fly on an individual Economy Class Flex ticket within Europe.
With SkyPriority, you benefit from:
- Dedicated check-in desks;
- Priority baggage drop-off and pick-up;
- Access to the priority boarding lane;
- Priority lines at security;
- Priority service at airport ticket offices and transfer desks.
Other SkyPriority benefits may apply in the airport you’re flying from. Make sure to keep an eye out!

If you meet one of our four criteria, you’re in!
- You’re flying in Business Class or Premium Comfort Class
- You’re a Flying Blue Ultimate, Platinum, or Gold member

- You’re flying on an individual Economy Class Flex ticket within Europe
Those are entirely different services. TSA PreCheck is only available to US citizens, for instance: nationals and residents. It saves time by speeding up the TSA process. SkyPriority also saves you time, in different ways. You may even be eligible for both programs!
